Cancellation / rescheduling:
We will be able to accept rescheduling or cancellation requests, 24 hours before your consultation appointment. Cancellation / rescheduling request can be entertained via: 1. In person visit at the clinic, 2. Phone call over mobile number +91 97309 26193 or 3. Email request over (your Email ID) In such case 80% of consultation fees will be refunded considering Payment Gateway and other charges.
Since we have to align our resources and manpower towards your consultation appointment we will not be able to process any cancellations / refunds / reschedule within 24 hours prior to your consultation appointment.
Rescheduling of consultation appointment is subject to availability of slots on future date. Our appointment schedule is listed on our website over https://hitasvi.com/consult-online
Refund:
Once your refund has been authorized, we’d be happy to process your refund via the same payment mode with which you made the consultation appointment.
